The Xiaomi SU7 Ultra will be available in two top-tier versions. One is the Track Package and Nürburgring Limited Edition.

In a stunning display of innovation and performance, Chinese tech giant Xiaomi has once again shattered its own record at the Nürburgring with the SU7 Ultra prototype. Clocking a blistering lap time of 6:22.091, the EV powerhouse has carved a name for itself in motorsport history, securing third place overall among prototype vehicles.

Xiaomi’s new lap time is nearly 24 seconds faster than its previous 2024 record of 6:46.87. Helmed by professional driver David Pittard, this feat not only reinforces Xiaomi’s growing credibility in high-performance electric mobility but also beats some iconic names in the industry.

While the production version of the SU7 Ultra already holds the crown in the production EV category with a time of 7:04.957—faster than even the Rimac Nevera and Porsche Taycan—the prototype’s performance takes Xiaomi into hypercar territory.

Limited Editions to Celebrate a Legend

Xiaomi SU7 Ultra Track Package: The SU7 Ultra Track Package costs around 100,000 yuan, which is about $13,950. It comes with a powerful, track-grade battery pack and an upgraded braking system. The suspension is tuned for the Nürburgring, helping it handle corners better. Cooling is improved to keep everything running smoothly. Its top speed reaches 217 mph, or 350 km/h.

Xiaomi SU7 Nürburgring Edition: The SU7 Nürburgring Edition is extremely rare, with just 10 units planned for 2025. Total production is limited to 100 cars. It costs 814,900 yuan, which is about $114,000. The car has special aerodynamic features, including new underbody panels. It replaces the rear seats with a roll cage for added safety. The design stands out with unique styling details that set it apart from other models.

The electric powertrain has three motors that deliver a total of 1,527 horsepower (1,138 kW) and 1,306 pound-feet of torque (1,770 Nm). These numbers rank it among the top hypercars in performance.
