Lotus has unveiled the stunning Emira Clark Edition, paying homage to legendary Formula 1 driver Jim Clark. This special edition celebrates Clark’s incredible 1965 season, during which he dominated multiple championships, including Formula 1, Formula 2, the Indy 500, and the Tasman Series.

Jim Clark, often regarded as one of the greatest Formula 1 drivers of all time, drove exclusively for Team Lotus. To honor his legacy, Lotus has created this striking green-and-yellow livery, a nod to the iconic Lotus 38, with which Clark won the Indy 500 in 1965.
The design includes several key elements that make it truly unique. The yellow exhaust tips add a bold finish, while the hand-painted racing stripe runs along the car’s side. Chrome mirrors and a silver-blue fuel cap reflect the Lotus 38’s signature details, giving this edition an authentic throwback feel.

Exclusivity adds to the allure of this model, with only 60 units being produced worldwide, making it a highly sought-after collector’s item. Although Lotus has currently paused U.S. imports, the company has assured enthusiasts that some units will eventually make their way to America. In the UK, this exclusive Emira is priced at £115,000 (over $150,000 USD), a price that reflects its rarity and significance.
