Tesla Slashes Prices: Cybertruck Buyers Now Getting Huge Perks

Tesla is ramping up efforts to clear old inventory of its Cybertruck models by introducing enticing incentives for buyers. Despite initial excitement and over a million reservations, only about 50,000 units have been delivered so far, leading to a dip in demand.

Tesla is slashing prices on its 2024 Cybertruck models, including the high-end Cyberbeast Foundation Series, which now carries an $11,990 discount. Buyers also receive free lifetime access to Tesla’s Supercharger network. The standard AWD Cybertruck is also getting price cuts, bringing its price down to $89,990, with the same Supercharging benefits. In some cases, Tesla is even bundling Full Self-Driving capabilities at no additional cost , previously valued at $12,000, for specific models.

Tesla is offering similar discounts to Canadian buyers. Prices drop by CA$16,590 for Cyberbeast models and CA$13,790 for AWD Cybertrucks. There are fewer than 70 units available in Canada, while the U.S. has around 4,000 in stock. Limited availability makes it hard for customers north of the border. This situation shows the company’s need to sell off their current inventory quickly.

Tesla Cybertruck Inventory & Market Trends

Tesla’s 2024 Cybertruck lineup consists of multiple trims:

  • Dual-Motor AWD Cybertruck: 318 miles of range, 600 horsepower, and 11,000 lbs of towing capacity.
  • Tri-Motor Cyberbeast: 300 miles of range, 845 horsepower, and the same towing capabilities.

Interestingly, the most affordable Long Range RWD trim isn’t part of these deals. This model was discontinued in 2024 and has only recently returned as a 2025 version, meaning Tesla is focused on shifting higher-spec 2024 models first.
