Introducing the M60 xDrive

A significant change for 2026 comes in the form of the new BMW i4 M60 xDrive, which replaces the previous M50 xDrive. This high-performance variant sees a power boost from 536 hp to 593 hp, reducing the 0-60 mph sprint from 3.9 seconds to 3.7 seconds. The added horsepower makes it one of the most exhilarating electric sedans in its class.

U.S. Availability and Pricing

Although European customers will see these updates later this summer, U.S. production isn’t set to begin until Q4 2025. That means American buyers will have to wait until the 2026 model year to get their hands on these upgrades. BMW has yet to announce official pricing and final EPA range estimates. However, these details will be revealed closer to the on-sale date.
