2026 BMW M3 Prices Leak: Base Model Starts at $79,575, Sees $1,700 Hike Across the Range.
BMW has officially raised the price of its beloved M3 Sedan for the 2026 model year in the United States. According to BMW of North America’s latest pricing guide, all M3 Sedan models will cost an additional $1,700 compared to last year’s pricing, reflecting minor adjustments in the luxury automaker’s strategy.
For 2026, the new prices for the BMW M3 Sedan lineup are set. The base M3 with rear-wheel drive and a manual shift costs $78,400, not including destination charges. The M3 Competition, which only comes with an automatic, is priced at $82,600. The all-wheel-drive M3 Competition xDrive is available for $87,700.

Premium Upgrades and Optional Packages
BMW offers a range of upgrades that boost both performance and luxury. The Carbon Package is one of the most popular choices. It includes lightweight materials and high-performance parts. The package costs $15,300 for the base M3 and $14,300 for Competition models. It features M Carbon Ceramic Brakes, carbon fiber bucket seats, an Alcantara-wrapped steering wheel, and an M Driver’s Package.
Buyers can also choose standalone upgrades. The M Driver’s Package costs $2,500 and increases the top speed to 180 mph. Carbon-ceramic brakes are available for $8,500. The carbon bucket seats are priced at $4,500. Customers can pick from exclusive paint options for up to $4,500, including shades like Frozen Portimao Blue Metallic and Frozen Pure Grey II Metallic.

The BMW M3 Sedan’s closest rival, the Mercedes-AMG C 63 S E PERFORMANCE, takes a different approach with its hybrid turbocharged four-cylinder engine.
