The heart of the R 1300 RS is BMW’s proven 1,300cc air/liquid-cooled Boxer engine with ShiftCam technology. Delivering an impressive 145 horsepower at 7,750 rpm and 109.9 lb-ft of torque at 6,500 rpm, this powertrain ensures an exhilarating ride, whether you’re carving through mountain passes or cruising down highways.
